Kelsey is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex financial disputes with clarity, precision, and confidence.
As both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, she provides forensic accounting and litigation support services that bring trusted insight to highly sensitive and often high-stakes matters. Her work focuses on financial investigations, loss estimation, and expert witness testimony in cases involving shareholder and partner disputes, fraud investigations, malpractice claims, business valuation, and family law litigation.
Since joining MarkhamNorton in 2006 while still in college, Kelsey has combined her technical expertise with a team-first mindset, working closely with attorneys, business owners, and individuals to uncover the facts and build a clear path forward. She became a partner in 2018 and her leadership within the Forensic Accounting and Valutation Services practice has been recognized both within the firm and throughout the Southwest Florida community, where she has received multiple honors for her professional excellence and service.
As Practice Leader for Forensic Accounting and Valuation Services, Kelsey supports clients across industries including general business, construction, and divorce resolution. She is particularly skilled at helping clients and their advisors address economic damages, fraud investigations, and dispute resolution with objectivity and care.
By fostering collaboration and leveraging the strength of her team, Kelsey ensures that clients receive both the technical accuracy and the steady guidance needed to move through challenges and toward resolution.

Attending MLB games (Go Braves!) and scalloping in Crystal River with my family.
If you were not in Accounting, what profession would you most enjoy being in? Why?
If we’re dreaming, I’d love to be a stay-at-home mom.
What was one of your first jobs? How did it impact you?
My first paid job was cleaning around my parents’ home as a young child. I never got an “allowance” growing up and though my parents always provided the things I needed (and many that I wanted), they made me pay for brand name items and other extras, which taught me the importance of working and using discretion.
What things do you enjoy doing outside the office?
Spending time with my husband and my children, whether it be boat days or sunset cruises, cheering on my kids at their sports games or other activities, volunteering at their school, playing games at home, etc.
