Toni joined MNMW in 2002 and brings more than 30 years of experience in family law, litigation support, and forensic accounting.
As Director of the firm’s Family Law Services practice, Toni oversees a team dedicated to navigating complex financial and legal matters with precision, empathy, and integrity. She works closely with attorneys, clients, and courts, providing objective financial analysis, guidance, and expert support throughout challenging family law disputes.
Known for her investigative mindset, professional skepticism, and ability to uncover the truth within financial data, Toni is deeply committed to helping clients achieve clarity and confidence during life’s most difficult transitions. Her work spans divorce consulting, forensic examinations, litigation strategy, mediation support, and expert testimony—always with a focus on fairness, transparency, and informed decision-making.
Toni’s passion for forensic accounting began early in life. At just 16, she worked in a big-box retail store counting and reconciling cash registers nightly, researching discrepancies, and uncovering financial issues. That experience opened her eyes to financial crimes, sharpened her instincts for investigation, and sparked a lifelong love for solving financial puzzles—skills she uses every day to advocate for and protect her clients.

This is me and my husband, John, at the top of Taku Glacier in Juneau, Alaska. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary.
If you were not in Accounting, what profession would you most enjoy being in? Why?
I would probably be a middle school teacher so I could coach sports too. It was at that age when my coaches had a very positive impact on my life. I learned the power and influence of a team and a good leader.
What was one of your first jobs? How did it impact you?
My first real job at age 16 was at a big box store. I was the person who collected the money from all the cash registers. I counted the cash, manually tallied the checks and credit card receipts, and reconciled each register to the penny every night before I went home. If anything was out of sorts, I would investigate and flush out the truth. That job opened my naïve eyes to the existence of bad guys and financial crimes while teaching me professional skepticism, which I use every single day as a forensic accountant. It also taught me that I love solving puzzles and being surrounded by cash!
What things do you enjoy doing outside the office?
Fishing in the 10,000 Islands, attending concerts and sporting events, solving puzzles, and spending time with my family and my Chi-Pin pups.
