We’re excited to welcome Samantha White to the MarkhamNorton team as Lead Recruiter within our Outsourced Accounting & Managed Services Practice!

In her role, Samantha leads Recruiting Services, partnering with clients to deliver strategic hiring solutions aligned with their operational goals and long-term growth plans. She works closely with leadership teams to define roles, assesses market conditions, and manages the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for both clients and candidates.

Samantha joined MarkhamNorton in 2026, bringing over 20 years of experience and a strong background in education before transitioning into recruitment. She has built her career around aligning talent strategy with business objectives. Her experience spans education, ed-tech, and multi-industry recruiting, where she has led hiring initiatives, developed scalable recruiting processes, and supported organizational growth through strategic workforce planning.

As a recruiting professional specializing in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, Project Management, and Executive leadership roles, Samantha brings a consultative and transparent approach to every engagement. She is passionate about helping organizations secure the right talent to drive performance, protect culture, and achieve sustainable success.

Samantha earned her degree from Central Michigan University and is committed to making a meaningful impact on her clients, the firm, and the Southwest Florida business community.
