Celebrating my son’s high school graduation and my daughter’s college graduation all in the same year.

If you were not in Accounting, what profession would you most enjoy being in? Why?

Realistically, if I wasn’t in accounting, I would probably be in banking, but my dream job would be working with and helping animals – maybe starting an animal rescue or being a dog therapy handler.

What was one of your first jobs? How did it impact you?

I worked as a teller at a bank in downtown Fort Myers.  I learned that I loved the fast-paced atmosphere when the bank was busy on Fridays - when a lot of people get paid!  I had to work efficiently to keep up but also had to maintain accuracy.  There had to be a strong attention to detail so I could balance my cash drawer to the penny each day, which I found super satisfying

What things do you enjoy doing outside the office?

Travel, reading, spending time with my family and two black labrador retrievers
