She also possesses twenty years of tax experience which uniquely aids her clients with a vision of both sides of a business's financial position. As both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, she and her team are particularly known for guiding medical and dental practices through every stage of practice management—including startup, mergers, acquisitions, and long-term growth strategies. Her work extends across industries such as healthcare, rental real estate, professional services, non-profit, manufacturing and a variety of service industries.

Since joining MarkhamNorton in 2005 after graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University, Victoria has combined deep technical expertise with a collaborative, client-first approach.  She became a partner in 2018.  As Practice Leader for Outsourced Accounting & Managed Services, she oversees a team that provides outsourced accounting, payroll, and Virtual CFO services, alongside specialized support in HR, recruiting, and IT. By aligning these services with clients’ unique goals, Victoria ensures that business owners and leaders can focus on what they do best, while her team delivers the operational strength to support their success.

Beyond her client work, Victoria is a dedicated leader in both the profession and the community. She serves on the FGCU Lutgert College of Business Advisory Council and the FGCU Accounting Program Advisory Council, and contributes as Assistant Treasurer for United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades, and Okeechobee Counties.
